Denis LePage, Founder, Director, Technology

Denis LePage has 30 years of experience in information technology management. He held various senior management roles at Dana Corporation where he directed sales teams, developed IT strategies and systems to meet the needs of large-scale manufacturing operations, oversaw training and development and more. He also taught programming and system design at Niagara College for many years.

Denis developed a profound knowledge of the small and medium-sized business sector through his experiences as an entrepreneur, founding and managing several successful businesses in the automotive and IT industries. Denis has a Bachelor of Science degree from Western University and a Bachelor of Computer Science degree from Brock University.

Mitch LePage, Director, Education

Mitch LePage has over 30 years of experience in education, over half of which he spend as a school and system leader. He has leadership experience related to policy development, information and communications technology management, strategic and systems planning and educational technology. He currently provides management, education, and IT management consultation services to clients in the education and not-for-profit sectors.

Mitch has extensive not-for-profit board membership experience at the local, provincial and national levels including roles as Chair of the Board and Board Director and member for various board committees relating to executive leadership, government and strategic planning. Mitch has a Bachelor of Arts, History degree from Western University, a Bachelor of Education degree from Brock University and a Masters of Education degree from the University of Toronto. He has additional certifications in IT management and executive leadership.

Rachel Shuttleworth, Director, Marketing & Communications

Rachel Shuttleworth is a communications and marketing professional with experience in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors. She has extensive experience developing and implementing strategic communications and marketing solutions for small businesses and non-profit organizations.

Rachel has a Bachelor of Arts, Honours in Communications degree from the University of Ottawa and a Masters in Business Administration degree with a specialization in strategic management from Wilfrid Laurier University. She has experience on various community and not-for-profit boards of directors, and is currently a board member with Solidarity in Action, Inc.

Angus Shuttleworth, Director, Finance

Angus Shuttleworth is a Chartered Accountant and Licensed Public Accountant. He is the owner and founder of Angus Shuttleworth, Chartered Accountant, an accounting company serving small and medium-sized businesses across southern Ontario.

Angus began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP where he gained extensive experience in tax and audit services working with a wide range of clients from owner-managed businesses to Fortune 500 companies. He has a Bachelor of Accounting, Honours degree from Brock University and a Chartered Accountant qualification. He is also the Treasurer of the Rotary Club of Burlington – Lakeshore and Treasurer and co-founder of Solidarity in Action, Inc.
